The imperfections are cosmetic only - all mugs have been tested to ensure they hold liquid properly and are food-safe. Imperfections may include slight glaze variations, minor print alignment issues, or unique handle characteristics.

All mugs are 11 oz + microwave and dishwasher safe!
UK Shipping: all mug orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri as standard, express delivery also available.
International Shipping: orders will be sent by Evri with tracking included, alternatively some orders to the US will be sent by TransGlobal Express using USPS Smartmail Plus Ground with an estimated transit time of 5-7 days.
