Returns

At Medic Design Co. we work hard to ensure the items we produce are of a high quality and will be enjoyed by our customers. If you are unhappy with your order please do not hesitate to get in touch. If an item arrives damaged we may require photos/videos to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy:

For items that have not been personalised we have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and packaged to a similar fashion as it was sent out to you. Items that have been used cannot be returned. We recommend you obtain proof of postage incase the item goes missing in the mail. We cannot cover the postage for items being returned.

To start a return either use the 'contact us' link on the website or email hello@medicdesignco.uk and we will give further instructions on where to send the item back to.

Please include a note with your returned items stating your name, address and which items are being returned. We will notify you once the item has been received and if the refund has been approved. Once the refund has been approved it will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
